Turkmenistan participated in the seminar for elite AFC referees

Representatives of Turkmenistan took part in the annual seminar for elite referees in Kuala Lumpur, dedicated to the past Asian Football Confederation competitions and preparations for the new soccer season. This is reported by the Internet edition "AsmanNews.

Turkmenistan was represented by Vadim Baratov, AFC Elite Referees Inspector, Head of the Referee Department of the Football Federation of Turkmenistan, and referee Merjen Bagshyeva.

Participants underwent theoretical and practical training, were familiarized with the changes in the Rules of Football and incidents of games. This will make it possible to harmonize the actions of officials when making decisions.
Possible amendments to the Rules of Football for the 2024-2025 season were discussed. At the end of the seminar, the participants were tested on physical fitness and analytical skills.
