Turkmen athletes to take part in the II CIS Games

The Turkmen delegation consisting of 110 people will take part in the II CIS Games, which will be held in Belarus from August 4 to 14 this year. This is reported in the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The country's delegation included 82 athletes who will compete in 13 disciplines, including boxing, judo, sambo, Greco-Roman wrestling, freestyle wrestling, track and field, Thai boxing, men's 3x3 basketball, karate, and archery.

The Games will be held in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, as well as in 10 other cities: Borisov, Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Zhlobin, Mogilev, Molodechno, Orsha and Soligorsk in order to expand the geography of the Games.
In general, more than 4 thousand athletes who will compete in 20 sports, 900 coaches and 800 judges will take part in the competition.
