Turkmen Consul General in Iran pays working visit to Mazenderan province

Consul General of Turkmenistan in the Islamic Republic Ilyas Gayypov paid a working visit to Mazenderan Province on October 28-30. This is reported by the Internet edition "Westiabad."

The Consul General met with Governor of Mazandaran Province Yousef Nouri, Director General of Amirabad Seaport Mohammadali Musapour, Head of Mazandaran Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture Ali Taghipour and other representatives of Iranian government departments.

At the meeting, the Turkmen and Iranian delegations discussed political, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation. Attention was paid to the expansion of cooperation between the countries in the Caspian Sea region - between the ports of Amirabad and Turkmenbashi International Sea Port.
