The student theater named after Mollanepes has prepared a new production "A planted groom" based on the play by Turkish playwright Reshat Nuri Güntekin. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
This comedy was previously staged by the Pushkin State Russian Drama Theater. Dovran Dzhoraev, a third-year student of the Institute of Culture, decided to stage the comedy in his own reading - the main character of the student theater's production was a groom named Parnak.
One of the main tasks of the student theater team is to convey the mentality of the Turkish people, their cultural traditions and way of life. Judging by the great applause of the audience, this task was successfully accomplished. The scenery for the performance, as a sign of acting solidarity between the theaters, was taken from the Pushkin Theater.
