The President of Armenia visited the Turkmen university

On October 12, President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan visited the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. This is reported by the Internet edition "Westiabad".

A presentation of a collection of selected poems by Makhtumkuli Fraghi translated into Armenian, as well as an exhibition of paintings by Turkmen artists and products of national creativity and art were organized for the guests.

During his lecture, which was delivered to the teachers and students of the university, the President of Armenia noted the high cultural value of the collection of Makhtumkuli's poems in Armenian and expressed gratitude for the opportunity for the people of the country to familiarize themselves with Makhtumkuli's works.

During the presentation of the collection, Armenian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mnatsakan Safaryan made a speech and emphasized the importance of cultural exchange between Turkmenistan and Armenia. At the end of the event, the Minister of Education of Turkmenistan expressed gratitude to the guests of honor for the visit.
