The International Conference "Cooperation on Food Security in the Context of Climate Change" was held in the Turkmen capital on November 28. It is reported Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The forum discussed the issues of international cooperation on regional and global scales to maintain food security in the context of climate change. Conference participants stressed the importance of developing multilateral cooperation between countries and international organizations. The importance of digitalization of agriculture for food security was noted. Speakers drew attention to the need for rational use of water resources and environmental control.
The conference, held in a hybrid format, was attended by representatives of government agencies, specialists from international organizations and financial structures, leading experts and journalists.
