The Chess School of Ashgabat held in its walls a tournament, whose participants were entrepreneurs, employees of private firms and members of their families. The meetings were held in several formats: absolute, team, women's and children's.
Absolute (open) category - tournament participants regardless of age and gender, children - children under 14 years, the team - teams of private companies.
There was a relaxed, friendly atmosphere at the tournament in which each participant felt comfortable. The quiz for different age groups held before the start of the competition also helped to unite the teams.
Competitors were able to take advantage of the quiz and the help of the guests invited to the tournament.
The interest of the participants also aroused the possibility of participating in three draws to solve chess problems of increased complexity. The positions that arose during the international game of Master Atabayev at the recent Asian Chess Championship were considered. In this game, the Turkmen chess player won a hard victory, defeating the World Chess Olympiad champion.
