The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development launched the project "Mentor School for Women Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan-2023" with the funding of the European Union within the framework of the program "Women in Business". This is reported by the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
The course program is designed for two months and is aimed at increasing the potential of Turkmen women entrepreneurs. Speakers at the courses will be successful entrepreneurs, business coaches and consultants from Central Asian countries.
During the course, each participant will have 5 coaching meetings with mentors. Participants will also be invited to special networking events for women entrepreneurs.
Mentors will teach women how to solve such important tasks as attracting investment and creating a company development plan. The goal of a mentor is not to solve business problems for the mentee, but to motivate, assist and create conditions for the mentee to move forward.
