April 24, Ashgabat, /Arzuw NEWS/. The first webinar of the pilot modular program "Webinar PRO webinar" developed by the National Public Organization "Union of Economists of Turkmenistan" together with the USAID project "Promotion of youth development for a successful future" implemented in Turkmenistan by international company JA Worldwide was held yesterday.
Organizers told Arzuw NEWS that this program consists of three webinars: "What is a webinar?", "Webinar creation algorithm", "Regulatory and legal aspects of online trainings". The presenters of webinars are online trainers Konstantin Glushenkov - entrepreneur and business coach, Maksat Astankulov - ICT consultant, and Vepa Ashirov - legal consultant. The webinars include both a theoretical part and practical tasks for practicing the acquired knowledge and skills.
At the opening of the webinar, Yuri Aronsky, chairman of the Union of Economists of Turkmenistan, noted:
"Today, the use of distance methods in education and enlightenment is not a tribute to fashion, but a current necessity, especially in light of the global challenges facing humanity. The widespread implementation of such methods within the framework of the Concept of Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2019-2025 will create a new educational format for training online trainers, teachers, managers and specialists for both the public and private sectors of the economy."
As expected by the organizers, as a result of the first online training participants, which are 17 business coaches and trainers for the development of supraprofessional skills, will be able to create virtual opportunities for young people, develop and implement in their coaching practice webinars and other forms of distance work and professional training.
