Citizens of Turkmenistan can apply for higher education in Russia

From December 24, applications for study in universities of the Russian Federation by foreign citizens, including citizens of Turkmenistan under the state quota will begin to be accepted. Applications for studies in 2023-2024 will be accepted until February 20. Everyone can register and apply electronically at the education-in-russia.com portal. To do this, you will need to submit photos, scans of your passport and education document, and fill out an application form. In the academic year 2022-2023, 250 citizens of Turkmenistan will study in Russian universities on the basis of the state quota.
