During the three-day training in Latvia in the format of border management in Central Asia (BOMCA 10), teachers of the training institution of the Customs Service of our country. The purpose of the training was to improve the level of knowledge and competence of Turkmen customs teachers.
Latvian institutions and customs agencies have hospitably opened their doors to Turkmenistan's representatives. They were acquainted with advanced methods providing modern interpretation of "Customs and tax administration", shared skills of specialists working in the Service, which deals with control of state revenues of Latvia.
Joint developments by Turkmen specialists and Latvian experts outlined how to really improve the knowledge and professional skills of Turkmen customs officers.
In the process of communication an agreement was reached on regular meetings and exchange of experience between Latvian instructors and Turkmenistan staff of the Customs Service training institution in various sectors of customs affairs.
