Embassy of Turkmenistan in Kazakhstan took an active part in Novruz holiday celebrations

On the eve of the holiday, on Monday, March 20, the Turkmen Embassy, along with foreign policy departments of other Central Asian countries, presented an exposition of traditional Turkmen life. Guests of the event could taste national dishes of Turkmenistan and delicious confectionery. This is reported on the official page of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Kazakhstan in Instagram.

On March 22, 2023, in one of the city parks of Astana, a cultural and mass festive event was held, in which the Embassy of Turkmenistan took an active part. Employees of diplomatic missions of different countries in Kazakhstan, Turkmen students studying in Kazakhstan, local residents and guests of the capital also participated in the event.

The exposition of Turkmenistan was organized in a traditional yurt, where guests could get acquainted with the products of Turkmenistan's craftsmen and taste national dishes. Turkmen students delighted the guests of the holiday with a traditional kushtdepdi dance, which they demonstrated near the national yurt, as well as on the festive stage.
