The new Israeli Ambassador presented copies of his credentials to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan

Ismail Khaldi, Israel's newly appointed Ambassador to Turkmenistan, met on Wednesday, March 22, with the country's Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov. During the meeting, the Ambassador presented the Minister with copies of his credentials. This is reported on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

Rashid Meredov accepted the copies of credentials, congratulated the Ambassador of Israel on his new position, wished him success and expressed confidence that his activities in the diplomatic post would contribute to strengthening Turkmen-Israeli relations in various directions.

During the conversation, the sides discussed the prospects and vectors of development of relations between the two countries. They also noted the constructive nature of cooperation within the framework of international organizations, including mutual support for the initiatives put forward.

The Israeli Ambassador expressed interest in holding Days of Culture in Turkmenistan.
