President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov during his working trip to Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
During the meeting, the Heads of State discussed bilateral Turkmen-Kyrgyz cooperation in political and diplomatic, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. Special attention at the talks between the Presidents of the two countries was paid to the topical aspects of partnership within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
In addition, during the meeting, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov discussed current issues related to global and regional politics and of mutual interest.
