Trade turnover between Türkiye and Turkmenistan increased

Trade turnover between Türkiye and Turkmenistan for 9 months of this year amounted to $2.1 billion, which exceeds the last year's figures. This is reported on the website of Orient news.

According to the analysis of the structure of sales volume of the Republic of Türkiye to Turkmenistan, the main export goods were electronics, metal products, industrial machinery and spare parts, as well as production means.

The Turkish side expressed interest in the implementation of projects in Turkmenistan, including the construction of the second phase of the "smart" city of Arkadag. Currently, Turkish companies have already implemented projects worth $50 billion. Turkmenistan is the second mass market for Turkish companies after Russia.
