Vessels "Makhtumkuli" and "Turkmenistan" entered the port in Baku

Turkmenistan" and "Makhtumkuli" vessels of the Joint Stock Company "Sea Commercial Fleet" became the first Turkmen vessels that entered the port of Baku in the new year. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

Turkmen vessels have already made the first sea cargo voyage and anchored in Turkmenbashi International Sea Port. During 2023, Turkmenistan's RO-PAX class car-passenger vessels "Berkarar" and "Bagtyyar" carried out transportation between the ports of Turkmenbashi and Baku.

The ships cover the route in 12 hours and carry 54 trucks and 200 passengers.
Other vessels of the Turkmen maritime fleet carry out transportation between Turkmenbashi seaport and Russian ports in Astrakhan, Makhachkala, as well as the Kazakh port of Kuryk.
