Transport potential of Turkmenistan is presented in Budapest

A meeting of the Transport Coordination Committee of the Organization of Turkic States was held in Budapest from 25 to 26 April, during which the capabilities of the Turkmenbashi International Sea Port were presented. This is reported by the TurkmenPortal online publication.

The Turkmen delegation was headed by Chairman of the Agency "Turkmendenizderyollary" Batyr Annaev.
The meeting addressed the issues of cooperation within the Organization of Turkic States in the development of the Trans-Caspian Corridor, digitalization of transport documents and transport services using e-Permit, eTIR and eCMR tools.

The meeting also discussed steps to implement the Transport Interconnectivity Program. B. Annaev spoke about the Turkmenbashi port complex and the Balkan Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant.
