Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the UAE Minister of Economy

On June 25, during the meeting between President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Minister of Economy of the United Arab Emirates Abdullah bin Tuq Al-Marri, who arrived in the Turkmen capital at the head of his country's delegation to participate in the business forum "Turkmenistan-UAE", the fuel and energy complex, where positive experience of joint activities with leading companies of the UAE has been accumulated, was named among the promising vectors, MIC reported.

During the meeting, the Minister of Economy of the friendly country noted the growth of bilateral trade turnover, interest of the UAE business circles in strengthening their positions in the promising Turkmen market.

Special emphasis was placed on the strategic importance for the two countries of international transport and transit corridors, the MIC notes.
