Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan pays visit to Romania

The Turkmen delegation headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Akhmet Gurbanov took part in political consultations with the Romanian delegation headed by State Secretary of the Romanian Foreign Ministry Ana Tinca. It is reported Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan.

The sides exchanged views on expanding cooperation in political and diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres, as well as on topical issues of international and regional agenda.

The importance of regular high-level contacts was emphasized. The participants agreed to hold the next meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation in Bucharest. Later, Akhmet Gurbanov met with Romanian Foreign Minister Luminica Odobescu on topical issues of bilateral cooperation.
