Turkmen scientist, head of the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology of the Oguz Khan Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan Shageldy Chariev represented the country at the XII All-Russian Congress of Councils of Young Scientists and Student Scientific Societies in Vladivostok. The event program included panel discussions, master classes, lectures, educational and outreach activities. The congress was attended by leading Russian and foreign scientists, experts, speakers, leaders in various fields of science and technology. During the congress, young scientists had the opportunity to exchange experience, gain new knowledge and establish contacts with foreign and Russian colleagues.
The All-Russian Congress of Councils of Young Scientists and Student Scientific Societies is one of the most important events of the Decade of Science and Technology and is held annually.
