During the opening ceremony of the First Turkmen-Iranian Joint Specialized Fashion Exhibition in Ashgabat on August 27, Navid Rasouli, Cultural Advisor of the Iranian Embassy in Turkmenistan, noted the broad prospects for cooperation between the two countries in the fashion industry. This is reported by the online edition "CentralAsia.news".

According to him, the fashion industry is one of the steadily developing areas of the economy. Today, fashion occupies a special place in people's lives and is taught at the professional level. In this context, Navid Rasuli emphasized the importance of holding the First Turkmen-Iranian Fashion Forum and the significance of establishing training of professional skills in this sphere.

The joint Turkmen-Iranian fashion and costume exhibition and professional skills courses in Ashgabat were organized by the Cultural Center of the Iranian Embassy in cooperation with the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan.
