As part of the large-scale festival, a grand opening and a festive concert are planned in the Mukam Palace of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan. The thematic exhibition "Patchwork Mosaic of Russia" will be organized in the foyer of the Palace and works of Russian photographers will be presented.
On October 16-17, students of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after M. Kuliyeva will be able to take part in master classes of the famous pianist Dmitry Masleyev. On October 17, master classes by the winner of international contests and festivals of the State Academic Folk Dance Ensemble of Adygea "Nalmes" will be held for Turkmen choreographic groups. The closing of the forum will take place on October 17 at the Mukam Palace.
