Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a meeting with the Minister of State for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al-Misned in the National Tourist Zone "Avaza". During the talks, the diplomats considered a wide range of issues of bilateral interaction. The focus was on strengthening political dialog between the countries, expanding trade and economic relations and deepening cultural and humanitarian ties.
The sides discussed in detail the implementation of the previously reached high-level agreements. Particular emphasis was placed on intensifying joint work within the framework of international organizations and structures.
The participants of the meeting emphasized the need to actively implement the documents signed between Turkmenistan and Qatar. At the end of the talks, the diplomats reaffirmed their readiness to further develop the partnership on the basis of mutual respect and trust.
