Turkmen State University named after Makhtumkuli. Makhtumkuli announced the IV International Chemistry Olympiad for Students and Scientific and Practical Conference. The events are scheduled for October 15-17, 2025 in Ashgabat. This is reported by the Internet edition "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The Olympiad will be held in the format of individual competitions. The participants will be divided into two categories: category "A" for students of chemical and related specialties (I-IV courses), and category "B" for students of other areas of training. A team of four students and one supervisor is allowed from each university. The winners will be awarded diplomas and medals.

In parallel, an international scientific-practical conference "The Role of Innovative Technologies in Improving Chemistry Teaching Methods" will be held in a hybrid format. Scientists, teachers and researchers are invited to participate.

The main goals of the events are to identify gifted young people, stimulate professional growth, strengthen international academic ties and share scientific experience.
