A volunteer medical team of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid Center from Saudi Arabia has arrived in Ashgabat on a working visit. This is reported by the Internet publication "Greater Asia".
The purpose of the visit of the medical group is to establish the need to implement medical programs in Turkmenistan aimed at treating patients and improving the qualifications of medical workers. The project is funded by the Government of Saudi Arabia and aims to increase the capacity of health care systems of friendly countries.
Also within the framework of the visit of foreign colleagues there was a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, during which they discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in this area.
