Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif sent a message addressed to the National Leader of the Turkmen people in which he expressed gratitude to Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the warm and cordial meeting in July on the margins of the SCO Summit in Astana, TDH reports.
The message notes that the meeting allowed for a productive exchange of views on a number of proposals to further strengthen cooperation between the two friendly countries.
In his message, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan noted that he was impressed by Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov's personal vision and aspiration to bring Pakistan-Turkmen relations to a new level.
Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, noting that Pakistan highly values brotherly ties with Turkmenistan, invited the National Leader of the Turkmen people to pay an official visit to Pakistan.
