On Friday, November 15, during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the draft State Budget for 2025, which was sent to the Mejlis for consideration. This is reported by the online edition "Westiabad."
The President of Turkmenistan emphasized that the project will increase wages, scholarships and pensions, as well as state benefits. It is planned to invest AZN 40.1 billion in different sectors of the economy next year. The draft State Budget is aimed at strengthening the national economy, improving the living standards of the population, maintaining macroeconomic stability and increasing investment in the modernization of industry.
The draft State Budget has been developed on the basis of the "Program of the President of Turkmenistan for socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028".
