Turkmenistan exceeded plans for gas exports in the first 2 months of 2024.

During the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, which was held on March 1, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister B. Amanov presented a report on the results of the supervised industry for two months of 2024. This was reported by the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

For January-February 2024, the plan for oil and gas condensate production was fulfilled by 100.2%, including Turkmennebit State Concern - by 102.4%, the plan for oil refining was fulfilled by the state concern by 101.9%.

Compared to the same period last year, the plan for gasoline production was fulfilled by 101.8 %, diesel fuel - 100.4 %, lubricating oils - by 109 %. Oil export growth amounted to 100.5%.
Summarizing the Deputy Prime Minister's report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to increase hydrocarbon production by introducing modern technologies.
