President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received a congratulatory message from Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, on the occasion of the National Day of the Turkmen horse. This is reported by the online edition of "Vestiabad".
