A meeting with the Afghan delegation was held in Ashgabat

On September 30, Ashgabat hosted talks with an Afghan delegation headed by Afghan Minister of Mines and Petroleum Hedayatullah Badri. About it reports Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan.

Turkmenistan was represented at the meeting by the country's Deputy Cabinet Ministers, heads of specialized ministries and agencies. The meeting was devoted to the development of bilateral relations in key economic areas. The Turkmen side expressed its firm commitment to involving Afghanistan in economic integration processes through the implementation of large-scale international projects.

Following the meeting, the heads of delegations of Turkmenistan and Afghanistan signed a number of bilateral documents on the development of cooperation and implementation of joint projects in the energy and transport sectors.
