Solemn events in honor of Eid al-Adha continued in the Turkmen city of Arkadag

In the "smart" city of Arkadag, Turkmenistan, solemn events were held in honor of the Muslim holiday Eid al-Adha. This is reported by the Internet edition "Westiabad."

During the second day of the celebration, festive events were held at different sites in Arkadag accompanied by preparation of national Turkmen dishes. High swings were installed at special sites, riding on which, according to legends, cleanses from sins. Musical groups and famous artists gave the audience unforgettable bright performances.

The second day of Eid al-Adha was widely celebrated in Ashgabat and all provinces of Turkmenistan. This holiday is sacred for Muslims all over the world. It testifies to the high spiritual and moral beauty of man, demonstrates commitment to humanism, peace and humanitarian principles.
