On May 31, on the eve of the International Children's Day, an opening ceremony of the children's entertainment complex "Arkadagly nesiller" was held in Makhtumkuli etrap. This was reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
The construction of the children's center was carried out from the funds of the monetary prize of 1 million US dollars received by the etrap based on the results of the annual competition for the achievement of the highest social, cultural and economic indicators. Participants of the opening ceremony were deputies of Majlis, representatives of Velayat khalk maslahat and khakimliks, elders and residents of Makhtumkuli etrap. The celebration was accompanied by music, dance and song numbers.
The builders who took part in the construction of the center received gifts on behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The construction of the facility was carried out in accordance with modern requirements to the organization of children's recreation and construction norms.
