International Film Festival opened in Turkmenistan

The opening ceremony of the international film festival was held today October 14 in front of the Aman Gulmammedov State Drama Theater in Arkadag city of Turkmenistan. This is reported by the online edition of "Türkmenistan Habarlar Portaly".

The guests of the film festival in Turkmenistan were representatives of the film industry of five Central Asian countries, as well as specially invited guests, including Turkish screenwriter, film producer and director Mehmet Bozdag, French actor Edouard Montoute and many others.

Turkmenistan presents at the film festival the film "Istarin" of the Oguzkhan film studio "Turkmenfilm".

The ceremony at the Drama Theater began with an address by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the participants of the festival.
