A personal exhibition of Turkish artist Halit Barutcigil has been opened in the hall-atrium of the State Museum of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan. This is reported by the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
The peculiarity of the canvases of the Turkish artist lies in his unique technique - he paints in oil on water.
The exhibition presents a collection of floral paintings and landscape works by the master. Special attention of the guests of the exhibition was attracted by a painting depicting a saber in which a female silhouette appears when viewed.
At the grand opening of the exhibition, guests could take part in a master class organized in the museum's conference hall. During the open class, Halit Barutchigil revealed the secrets of his skill, demonstrating the step-by-step creation of a painting in a unique technique. Participants took the works created during the master class with them as a souvenir.
