The UN initiative "Safe Roads for All" will be supported at the III International Conference and Exhibition ITTC-2024, which will be held in Ashgabat from November 26 to 27 this year. This is reported by the Internet edition "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age."
ITTC-2024 will support the UN's campaign for inclusive transport infrastructure and road safety as an important basis for sustainable development. The resolution adopted by the UNGA calls on the nations of the world to take measures to prevent road accidents and reduce potential damage.
Supporting the United Nations initiative is particularly important in the run-up to the 4th Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety, scheduled for February next year.
