A new textbook on sports journalism for universities has been published in Turkmenistan

A new manual for students of specialized specialties of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan on sports photojournalism has been published by the Turkmen publishing house "Nauka". This is reported by the Internet edition CentralAsia.news. 

The textbook includes recommendations on writing articles on sports events and creating photo reports for periodicals. The new manual pays much attention to analyzing photo materials from Turkmen and foreign media.

The publication also contains data on the history of the art of photography, photo magazines and the development of the Turkmen press, the important role of sports in the life of society and sports photojournalism, the basics of ethics in the activities of a sports journalist and the work of photo labs.
