India has announced a charter flight from Turkmenistan for its citizens

At official website The link for registering Indian citizens wishing to board a charter from Turkmenistan appeared at the Indian embassy in Ashgabat:

Important: You must register by September 7, 2020. - Requests sent later will not be considered by the mission.

As noted in the questionnaire, the passengers of the flight are obliged to observe anti-epidemiological restrictions on board and in airports, as well as undergo a 14-day quarantine after arrival in India.
