Expert S. Akiniyazov spoke about the creation of sports infrastructure for Turkmen youth

Expert Serdar Akiniyazov spoke about the creation of sports infrastructure in the city of Arkadag. This is reported on the Centralasia.news website.

The observer emphasized that in the smart city of Arkadag special attention is paid to the creation of sports infrastructure. The city has created a Multidisciplinary Sports Complex and a Watersports Complex. A 10,000-seat stadium with specialized facilities for martial arts, soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, weightlifting, gymnastics and fencing has been opened. There are gyms and fitness rooms, treatment rooms, swimming pool with water attractions.

Expert S. Akiniyazov noted that Turkmenistan is implementing programs to promote healthy lifestyles and sports. The state allocates significant funds for the expansion of sports and recreation infrastructure. To this end, the country regularly organizes national sports competitions for schoolchildren, students, industry and regional teams.
