Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Kubanychbek Omuraliev congratulated President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the people of Turkmenistan on the occasion of Neutrality Day, TDH reports.
In his congratulatory message, Kubanychbek Omuraliev noted that this special day serves as a vivid evidence of Turkmenistan's unwavering commitment to the principles of neutrality, peace and diplomacy.

Your country's consistent efforts to strengthen peace and cooperation not only benefit Turkmenistan, but also make a significant contribution to the development of the world community," the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States said.
Kubanychbek Omuraliyev's message notes that the members of the Organization of Turkic States remain firmly committed to further strengthening partnership with Turkmenistan, to continue working towards common goals of progress, peace and prosperity not only in the Turkic world, but also in the global arena.
