Lecture on the heritage of the Turkmen poet was held at the Russian-Armenian University

On April 25, the Russian-Armenian University hosted a lecture on "Philosophical heritage of Makhtumkuli - the basis of Turkmenistan's foreign doctrine". This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Armenia M. Ayazov delivered a lecture for the students of the Faculty of International Relations. He spoke about the main aspects of Turkmenistan's foreign policy and about the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the poet's birth this year under the slogan "Makhtumkuli Fraghi's storehouse of reason".

Attention was also paid to the history of development of Turkmen-Armenian relations in the fields of culture and literature. In this regard, it was noted that the books of the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov were translated into Armenian. At the end of the lecture, Mahtumkuli's poems in Armenian were recited.
