An event in honor of Turkmen thinker Makhtumkuli was held in Kuala Lumpur

The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Malaysia organized a solemn event dedicated to the three hundredth anniversary of the birth of the great Turkmen poet and thinker Makhtumkuli Fraghi. It is symbolic that the event in Kuala Lumpur was held in 2024 under the slogan "The storehouse of Makhtumkuli Fraghi's mind". This is reported on the official website Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. 

The participants of the international event were the Minister of Education of Malaysia, employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, representatives of foreign diplomatic missions, Turkmen students, representatives of scientific circles, cultural figures and artists.

The event included an exhibition dedicated to the literary creative heritage of the legendary philosopher and poet.
