Consultations on cyber security with participation of specialists from various ministries and departments of Turkmenistan and China were held in Ashgabat on October 28-29 this year. This is reported on the website Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The subject of the meeting was the discussion of topical issues on the implementation of existing agreements between Turkmenistan and China in the field of information security. The parties also reviewed the achieved results of joint work in this area.
The two sides exchanged views on ways to strengthen international cyber security. The representatives of the two countries expressed their mutual willingness to continue effective cooperation in strengthening information security and defense against cyber threats.
