Chairman of Halk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov paid a working visit to Arkadag. During his visit to the city, the National Leader of the Turkmen people called the industrial capacities of the city one of the means of increasing the export potential of Turkmenistan. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a meeting attended by the head of the State Committee for Construction of Arkadag City under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov and the mayor of Arkadag city Sh. Orazov and the mayor of Arkadag city Sh. Durdylyev. The discussion focused on the issues of soon opening of the city.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov shared plans for the future stage of urban development. The National Leader of the Turkmen people emphasized that at the next stage industrial complexes will be built in Arkadag in accordance with modern requirements of environmental safety.
