Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation participated in the conference on the role of Makhtumkuli in world culture

On October 28, the concert hall of the Russian State Library hosted an international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the great Turkmen poet and thinker Makhtumkuli Fraghi and his role in the world culture. This is reported on the official website Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The event, which was held in a hybrid format, was attended by the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Russia E.M. Aidogdiev, Director General of the Russian State Library V.V. Duda, famous composer and art director of the festival "Sounds of Dutar" M.S. Huseynov, professors and students of universities of the two countries, connoisseurs of Makhtumkuli's work.

The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation donated to the Russian State Library publications on literature and culture of the country, gift collections of works by Makhtumkuli Fraghi, books by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
