President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in connection with the explosion in Makhachkala, which resulted in human casualties and injuries. This was reported by the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
