President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the participants of the Culture Week at the opening ceremony of the "Makhtumkuli Fraghi's Clue of Mind" Culture Week held in the city of Arkadag, TDH reports.
In the congratulatory message of the President of Turkmenistan it is noted that the Day of Culture and Art Workers and Makhtumkuli Fraghi Poetry is being held for the first time in the city of Arkadag, built in accordance with the Smart City Concept in the year of the widely celebrated 300th anniversary of the birth of the great thinker and classical poet Makhtumkuli Fraghi, which is of special significance.
"The events to be held in the city of Arkadag within the framework of the Week of Culture will once again demonstrate the wide opportunities created in this wonderful corner for the development of culture and art," the head of state said in his congratulatory message.
Turkmenistan attaches special importance to the development of fine arts, arts and crafts, song and music, theater and cinema, as well as to the improvement of mass media activities. That is why the events organized within the framework of the Week of Culture representing these genres of art will be rich in content and should be a reflection of the results of work in this direction," the President of Turkmenistan said in his letter of congratulations.
