President of Turkmenistan puts forward an initiative to create a Turkmen-Turkish investment fund

During the speech of Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov at the Turkmen-Turkish business forum in Ankara, the initiative to establish a Joint Investment Fund and a Joint Working Group on Investments was put forward. This is reported in the air of the news program Watan.

According to the head of Turkmenistan, the country pays special attention to investment cooperation with foreign partners in order to implement large-scale projects in the energy and infrastructure spheres in the country.

In this regard, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov proposed to establish a Joint Investment Fund and a Joint Investment Working Group. In addition, it was proposed to open branches of Turkish banks in Turkmenistan to control the activities of Turkish investors.
