President of Turkmenistan held an online meeting on agro-industrial complex

On Monday, October 16, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held an online meeting with Deputy Prime Minister T. Atakhallyev, who is in charge of agro-industrial complex, and khakims of velayats. The central topic of the conference with the President was discussion of the progress of seasonal agricultural works. This is reported in the news program Watan.

The President listened to the speeches of the governors of Akhal velayat, Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary velayats, who reported on the progress of harvesting in the fields, as well as on the processing of agricultural products and repair of agricultural machinery. They reported on the completion of sowing wheat, cotton harvesting and processing, as well as rice harvesting. Information was also given on the progress of construction works at cultural and industrial facilities.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave instructions to the khakims on timely fulfillment of the plans, emphasizing that the current agricultural works should be carried out in accordance with the existing norms and rules of agricultural technology.
