At an enlarged Cabinet meeting on Friday, February 10, 2023, Serdar Berdimuhamedov made a number of personnel changes in the Government. In particular, he issued a decree to appoint A. Begliev, who previously held the post of presidential advisor on oil and gas issues, as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the country. This was reported by the daily Neutral Turkmenistan.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov also appointed a new Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers. He became Annamammedov B.I., who previously held the responsible post of the Minister of Industry and Construction Production of the country. Dzhorayev S.A. was appointed Minister of Economy and Finance of the country. Previously, the official worked as a deputy minister of a similar profile.
The President of Turkmenistan dismissed Abdrakhmanov Sh., Purchekov Ch.H., Serdarov M.N. from their posts with the wording "transfer to another job".
