Serdar Berdimuhamedov at an enlarged session of the Cabinet of Ministers on Friday, February 10, decided to establish the International Academy of Horse Breeding named after Aba Annaev and transfer it to the State Association "Türkmen atlary". This is reported in the daily Neutral Turkmenistan.
The decree of the President of Turkmenistan was issued in order to successfully fulfill the set tasks on social and economic development of the state in 2022-2028. Establishment of the International Academy of Horse Breeding will make it possible to preserve the purity of the Akhal-Teke breed and increase the number of horses, which are the true national treasure of Turkmenistan.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov made the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Minister of Education and the General Director of "Türkmen atlary" SC responsible for controlling the process of establishing the Academy.
